Begin your journey by scheduling your one-on-one phone consultation. Share your vision for your Paris, London, or Rome vacation, and we’ll discuss how I can help transform your dream trip into a reality.
You’ll receive an exclusive Traveler Questionnaire upon deciding to engage my services and paying a 50% deposit. These thoughtfully crafted questions reveal your passions and preferences, which serve as the foundation for your custom travel itinerary.
ITINERARY DESIGN
This is where the magic happens. I will meticulously design your Custom Travel Itinerary, starting with an Itinerary Outline featuring the basic structure for each travel day. Once we have an approved outline, I’ll craft the detailed itinerary, brimming with recommended sights, tours, and activities that align with your interests.
Every detail, from the sequence of experiences to the best ways to get around the city, will be considered to ensure each day is perfectly planned.
Based on your feedback, I will revise your itinerary (unlimited free revisions up to 90 days before your trip).
ACCOMMODATIONS & FLIGHTS
Once your travel dates are confirmed, I will suggest accommodations that are perfectly aligned with your preferences, book them when applicable, and provide flight consultation.
Note: If your dates are firm from the start, we might secure your accommodations and flights before designing the itinerary.
BOOKING
As your selected activities become available, I will book them on your behalf, including skip-the-line entry tickets, guides, tours, transportation, transfers, and restaurant reservations.
All your travel documents, tickets, and receipts are neatly organized in our shared Google Drive folder.
Additionally, I provide a Trip Expense Tracking document, ensuring complete transparency with itemized prices.
FINAL ITINERARY
A few weeks before you leave for your trip, everything will be booked, and your final itinerary will be ready! You’ll have the link to your itinerary in the app, and if you prefer, you can print a beautifully formatted PDF version.
All your tickets, reservations, and essential documents will be easily accessible through the app.
